REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy for damaged or incorrect items only.

Eligibility for Refund We only accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

We do not offer refunds for items that you simply do not like, no longer want, or that do not meet personal preference expectations. All sales are final except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Cancellation & Refund Time Limit If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund after payment, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after 12 hours will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund To start a refund, please contact us at support@pawjoykwt.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods.

Refunds If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
