Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@pawjoykwt.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are not damaged or incorrect are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
