SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are received and sent to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days. Our suppliers (including AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, and other premium agents) usually take 2–5 business days to quality-check, pack, and ship out the items from their warehouses. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

To offer you the best prices and unique products, we work with global suppliers and agents. Therefore, your items may be shipped from different international warehouses (primarily the US and Asia).

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Please note: Due to customs checks, logistics delays, or peak shopping seasons, some packages may occasionally take up to 25 business days to arrive.

3. Multiple Packages

Items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. Do not worry if you receive one item before the other; the rest of your order is on its way.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pawjoykwt is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update. You can track your package via 17track.net.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@pawjoykwt.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
